If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.
1. Head to the store!
To return or exchange your merchandise at a Cotton & Snow store, please bring your items and order invoice. Online orders must be placed in USD to be returned or exchanged in a store in the United States.
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your return must be made within 15 days of the order shipment date. After 15 days orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Submit a return online!
To receive your refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 15 days of the order shipment date. After 15 days orders are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Drop off your return at any United States Postal Service and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return!

We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method* if mailed to the address listed above within 15 days of the shipping date.
