The Nashville East location is outside dining only and hours are subject to change due to weather. For the safety of our guests we do not operate under extreme weather such as tornado warnings, lightning, flooding. We do not operate in temps below 40 degrees. You may only find current hours by visiting cottonandsnow.com. We do not endorse or honor 2nd and 3rd party website information such as yelp therefore any information listed is not accurate.

Please Use Caution

We can not replace dropped or spilled items. As with any food item always use caution not to drop or spill. Please supervise young children. We do not accept returns, exchanges, and refunds. All sales are final.

Return / Exchange Policy

Consumable items are not available for refund or exchange. All sales are final.

Yelp Who?

We do not administrate or operate a yelp page. We encourage and welcome any and all entertainment based reviews however our business does not affiliate with yelp nor endorse as it has no merit in authenticating certain inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. We are an inclusive company that believe everyone's voice should be heard. Yelp is known for being biased on certain reviews hiding honest customer experiences. It is against our company code of ethics to endorse paid advertising through yelp and therefore we opt out of association.

Video Surveillance Notice

For your safety we use video surveillance to monitor our location. By patronizing our business you give your consent to being monitored. Surveillance may be used for training, public use, social media, and any other form of media.

Return / Exchange Policy

We do not accept returned items, offer exchanges, or issue refunds. All sales are final.

Lost Items

We are not liable or responsible for lost or stolen items left on our property. If you have a lost item please contact management as soon as possible. Due to limited space we do not hold items.
